Agenda and Checklist

 

The format of the event is an informal 2 hour standing cocktail reception, where recruiters and students are free to interact. Each recruiter organisation will be assigned to an area* at the event hall

 

11 September 2009 Friday
 

3:30 pm -   4:00 pm Recruiter registration
4:00 pm -   4:15 pm Welcome and introductory remarks
4:15 pm -   5:30 pm NUS MBA Career Connexions

 

 

 

 

 

 

* There will be sufficient space to place brochures, flyers and portable stand-up banners. As a courtesy to your neighbours at the event, please do not bring any large displays or backdrops. A private area will be available for conducting interviews during the event.

 

** Interview rooms on campus can be booked (on available basis) for . However, you will need to make your own transport arrangements from the event venue to the campus (~ 15 - 30 mins). You may also want to consider making your own private arrangements in the city.

 

 

To get the most from this event, you may want to shortlist and pre-arrange interviews with some students

 

  • Prior to the event, you may want to request for access to our complimentary CV book.
  • If you have shortlisted some students, let us know early so that we can assist with interview scheduling. Not all requests can be accommodated due to scheduling difficulties. 
  • You may also want to request for rooms on campus (free, and on availability basis). 
  • Alternatively, we can help arrange (through full video conferencing facilities, or internet webcam.
