Economics

The Economics group has the interesting task of equipping business undergraduates with a solid foundation in economics. Upon which students will be able to read, cope well and appreciate other courses, such as International Business, Corporate Strategy, Entrepreneurship, Financial Analysis, Human Resource Management, and International Marketing during the years they are in the University.

Besides having doctorate degree qualification from top universities in the world, the faculty members in the Economics group constantly update their knowledge and relevance to the business world through individual and collaborative research activities with other institutions; interaction with business leaders via conduct of executive management programs; participation in international symposiums and seminars; and consultancy services commissioned by both the private and public enterprises.

Economics courses conducted at the NUS Business School are known to be rigorous in theoretical foundation and are honed to be interesting, realistic and relevant to the applied world of business policy.
