Mr Erich Gerth
Chief Executive - Asia Pacific & Global Business Development, Aviva Investors
Erich joined the investment industry in 1986 and Aviva Investors in July 2009.
Erich is a member of the Aviva Investors global executive committee. Erich is responsible for all aspects of Asia Pacific’s business. In addition to his Asia Pacific business responsibilities, Erich is responsible for leading the worldwide business development activities targeting Aviva Investors three channels of distribution: Aviva, Institutions and Financial Intermediaries. The areas of business development within his remit include all worldwide sales, client service, marketing, product and communications.
Erich has worked in financial services for more than 25 years, holding a range of sales and management positions. Erich has a breadth and depth of experience in working with captive, wholesale, and institutional channels representing both traditional long only and alternative asset classes. Geographic expertise spans Asian, U.S, and European markets. Erich's organisational experience includes a full range of businesses including a start-up and a top 20 global asset manager.
Prior to joining Aviva Investors, Erich was CEO of Janus International, where he was responsible for Janus Capital’s non-US institutional and financial institutions businesses for Europe, Asia, Japan and Australia.
Erich holds a bachelors degree in management from National-Louis University, an MBA (Asia Focus) from National University of Singapore and an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Business.

Mr Lester Gray
Chief Executive Officer - Asia Pacific for Schroders
and Chairman of Investment Management Association of Singapore
Mr Lester Gray is presently Chief Executive Officer - Asia Pacific for Schroders. He started work with Schroders in 1987 and was appointed a Director of Schroders Investment Banking subsidiary in 1993. In 1997 he was seconded to New York for three years as CIO of the New York Investment Banking subsidiary of Schroders.
Mr Gray returned to London in April 2000 as Chief Operations Officer for the Schroder Group. In 2004 he relocated to Singapore to take up his current position. Schroders business in Asia employs more than 600 staff located in eight countries and manages approximately USD50 billion of assets on behalf of Asian clients. In addition to his executive role, Mr Gray is presently Chairman of the Investment Management Association of Singapore.
